3.1. Who is in charge of delivering your package?

The different types of delivery available will appear when the address is entered correctly at the time of payment. Delivery times and costs depend on the delivery address and will be indicated on your order before you complete your purchase.

3.2 Delivery time

Your parcel is usually shipped 10 days (excluding weekend) after your order.

Delivery times depend on the solution and supplier you have selected, however, it is usually 15 working days. For custom made products, please note that the package will be shipped once the formulation has been validated by the customer and the order has been processed. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on the amount of parts requested by the client and the complexity of the formulation.

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery or delay for these customized products. IZI COSMETICS will send an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided with information on the date of receipt of your order and an estimated delivery time.

Delivery times will always be indicative and may vary in high season. If you have ordered more than 20 products, your complete order will usually be shipped in a single package and therefore the product with the longest delivery time will determine the delivery time for the entire order.

Please note if the selected product has another specified delivery time, as there may be longer delivery times.

Orders containing pre-ordered products will usually have a longer delivery time and you can see the expected shipping or delivery date on the product page.

3.3. Taxes and rights related to delivery in other countries

We ship all orders either from our warehouse in France, or for certain products from our partner laboratory in Italy to maroc or Germany. If orders are placed outside France and the EU, taxes and customs duties may be applied on arrival at destination.

IZI COSMETICS is not responsible for these costs and we are not committed to calculating or providing estimates of these costs. If you are making international purchases, we advise you to contact your local customs office for more information on costs and procedures.
